Job Responsibilities:

Handle employee services, queries, and case management
Manage labor law-related tasks, including salary, benefits, and employee rights discussions
Solve routine problems following guidelines and precedent
Coordinate with team members and direct supervisor for daily tasks
Work as an individual contributor with a predetermined scope of work
May require rotational or night shifts

Qualification:

Any Graduate (UG/PG acceptable)

Skills:

Good communication skills
Flexibility for night shifts
Willingness to take on challenges and learn new processes
Knowledge of talent acquisition, recruitment, vendor management, project management, and workforce management is preferred
